The Comisión Federal de Electricidad ("CFE")  of México approached us to solve an electricity in the Yucatán Peninsula, southern region of the country, due to continuous gas shortages. Together with the client’s regional personnel and our specially assembled engineering team we were able to deliver a power barge solution within the estimated time frame as a turn-key solution to the regional electricity problem.

Freight Markets

2020 has been a cyclical year for the dry bulk commodities and wet freight markets. Horlor worked closely with several Ship Owners and Charterers to find valuable cargo for lucrative routes transportation, as well as helping several shipping companies navigate and enter new markets.
